NOTE: Actors' names are linked to the
Internet Movie Database.
If those links don't work, don't panic.
Maybe I got the names spelled wrong (hardly),
or they just don't have an entry in the database (more likely). [Cancer Man] [Alex Krycek] [Well-Manicured Man] [First Elder] [Conrad Strughold] [Bounty Hunter] [Luis 'Hispanic Man' Cardinal] [Scott Blevins] [Gray Haired Man] [Quiet Willy] [Scott Ostelhoff] [Crew Cut Man] Cancer Man or Cigarette Smoking Man (William B. Davis) The man without name (C.G.B. Spender? Right!), has been there from the very beginning, working in the shadows, pulling the strings. For what purpose? That's only for him to know. What we know is that Cancer Man is one of the major players. He has access to the basement of the Pentagon, and when he's not obfuscating the Truth, he's rewriting it. Cancer Man gets shot in Redux II by Quiet Willy, sent by the First Elder, and he is believed dead. Krycek is sent to bring him back, in The End. Appears in Alex Krycek (Nicholas Lea) Probably the most despicable of Mulder and Scully's enemies. Nicknamed 'Ratboy' on the Internet, for obvious reasons. Appears in Well-Manicured Man (John Neville) Another of the major players working in the shadows. Contacts Scully in The Blessing Way to warn her about an assassination attempt on her life, because this would attract unwanted attention to his group. WMM helps Mulder rescue Scully and save her life, and pays with his own life [The X-Files--the movie]. 'We predict the future, and the best way to predict the future is to invent it.' Appears in The Blessing Way Paper Clip Apocrypha Tunguska Terma Patient X The Red and the Black The End The X-Files [movie] Elder #1 / The Fat Man (Don S. Williams) Another member of the secret 'West 46th Street' consortium. Feeds false information to Scully in 731. As Deep Throat would say, 'And a lie, Mr. Mulder, is most convincingly hidden between two truths.' Appears in The Blessing Way Paperclip 731 Apocrypha Herrenvolk Zero Sum Redux Redux II Patient X The Red and the Black The End The X-Files [movie] The Beginning Two Fathers One Son [killed by the alien rebels] Conrad Strughold (Armin Mueller-Stahl) Leader of the Syndicate. Appears in The X-Files [movie]. Pilot / Bounty Hunter (Brian Thompson) Alien who can morph into anyone. He has been working for Cancer Man. Why 'Pilot'? When he first appears [Colony], he's believed to be a Russian fighter pilot who crashes in the Arctic. Appears in Colony End Game Talitha Cumi Herrenvolk Patient X The Red and the Black The Unnatural Requiem Luis 'Hispanic Man' Cardinal (Lenno Britos) One of Cancer Man's pawns. Worked with Krycek for a while, then tried to kill him [Paper Clip]. Kills Melissa Scully in The Blessing Way, mistaking her for Dana Scully. He's captured by Scully in Apocrypha and is killed in prison. [The picture is not great, but it's good enough to see who really killed Melissa Scully. Even if you're not good with faces... Kryceck was wearing a black leather jacket.] Appears in The Blessing Way Paperclip Piper Maru Apocrypha Scott Blevins (Charles Cioffi) Section Chief, FBI Assigned Scully to work with Mulder in the series pilot. Mulder uncovers him as a spy, and he's executed by the Consortium shortly after [Redux II]. Appears in The X-Files (pilot) Deep Throat Conduit Gethsemane Redux Redux II Gray Haired Man (Morris Panych) This guy kills the alien hybrids in Memento Mori, so either the hybrids are really wimpy or he is another alien bounty hunter. Appears in Piper Maru Avatar Herrenvolk Memento Mori Zero Sum Quiet Willy (Willy Ross) Shoots Cancer Man in Redux II. He is killed on the bridge, in The Red and the Black. Appears in Redux II Patient X The Red and the Black Scott Ostelhoff (Steve Makaj) DoD employee assigned to spy on Mulder. Mulder kills him in Gethsemane, in self-defense. ID#: 983-9436-365 Appears in Gethsemane and Redux. Crew Cut Man (Lindsay Ginter) Deep Throat's assassin. Killed by Sheriff Mazeroski (Steve Eastin) in Red Museum. Appears in The Erlenmeyer Flask and Red Museum. |
